Based on the analyses we design a new or enhanced system by leveraging detailed knowledge
of best practices at both the technical and business operations levels.
- Implementation
The focus is combining technology and standards with to create a system which will always
allow for tweaking, modifications, improvements, and integration.
- Training
After the new system is implemented a custom training program is deployed to all users.
- Feedback
The base of this phase is the deployment of communications and feedback loops allowing
close interaction between the users, developers, and support people.
